1. Compare T1 samples against the correct drawing revision
Feedback should reference the latest drawing and mark which dimensions are out of tolerance. If the buyer changes the drawing after T1, the team should separate mold correction from engineering change.
2. Describe appearance issues with photos and locations
Sink marks, weld lines, flow marks, scratches, ejector marks and parting line flash should be marked on photos. A simple "surface not good" comment is slower than a location-based issue list with acceptable and unacceptable examples.
3. Test the part with mating components
Assembly checks should include snap fits, screws, clips, connector insertion, flatness and moving parts. Some problems only appear when the molded part is combined with electronics, metal parts or the opposite housing.
4. Separate must-fix issues from improvement requests
Critical functional failures, safety concerns and drawing deviations should be corrected first. Cosmetic improvement, minor texture preference or non-critical polish requests should be prioritized clearly so the next mold trial has a focused target.
5. Review T1 feedback with Huanze
Huanze supports T1/T2 mold trial, sample inspection, defect analysis, mold correction and production approval for overseas plastic injection mold projects. Contact Annie by WhatsApp, WeChat or phone at +86 15801883001, or email annie@huanzekeji.com.
